By now you will be aware that the Barberscore Window is open, so you can register your chorus or your quartet with the District Representative for the Sunrise Contests.  The four contests will be Chorus, VLQ, Quartet and Senior Quartet.  We are looking forward to everyone’s participation .

The next step after that is to let us, the host chapter, know the list of your chapter’s participating members and their guests.  Accompanying this bulletin is a spreadsheet to enable this.  The spreadsheet will be sent to Chapter Secretaries only, and I ask that you or your delegated representative gather together the names and associated information as quickly as you can.  You will note that we have set a deadline for return of completed spreadsheets as 26 April, but the sooner you get the spreadsheet to us, the easier you will make our preparations.

When filling out the speadsheet, you will see that the column for the Friday Show has been crossed out and zeroed.  Please make sure that all other parts pf the sheet are filled in.  The form contains notes to guide and assist you, but if you have any difficulty, please contact me.  

In addition to the information asked for in the spreadsheet, please advise any dietary restrictions that your members or guests may have.  Our banquet will be catered by the Atlantica Hotel restaurant, and they can provide special meals for dairy-free and vegetarian choices.  The main dinner will be served buffet-style and both entrees are gluten-free.

A special word about our lunch offering on Saturday.  You are in for a special treat.  Our caterer in Salt & Brine, and they will be providing chowder and bannocks, assorted gourmet sandwiches and wraps, finger food, beverages and desert.  We are confident that you will find that the $15 charge is well worth it.
